Decent family hotel stay, walking distance from Golden Temple, clean rooms & bathroom, good service. Tasty food made fresh to order at restaurant. Our room was updated to 3 bed (without additional cost) to accommodate with other family members' room on same floor. Owner is very sweet & down to earth & gives true info about the city.
It was a comfortable stay at there. Room service was quick and its quiet near to Golden Temple campus, one can go by walking itself. The staff was co-operative. And at such a crowded tourist place where to and fro of the tourist is at higher pace, the hotel staff is managing very well.
I just stayed here with my family. This Shivaay Grand hotel is really very amazing. The rooms are very comfortable and big. Their services are very good. There are all facilities for visitors. Also they guided us for Amritsar tour. According to me this hotel is cheaper than others and their services are better than other hotels.
